Application:

The GF680 crawler drilling rig is a new type of high-efficiency and energy-saving rock drilling equipment designed by our company. Fully hydraulic lifting, adjustable from 35 to 90 degrees, using a diesel engine to drive the track for easy long-distance movement, or it can be changed to electric drive. Used in conjunction with a down-hole impactor, it can be widely used in large-diameter blast hole drilling operations in small and medium-sized mines, as well as in road construction, photovoltaics, national defense, water conservancy, and stone engineering. Structure and working principle

1. Chassis: The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic crawler walking chassis, which changes the situation where some drilling rigs require manual movement. 

2. Control system: Hydraulic control system switch, drilling power device forward and reverse, and jog. Manually operated valves control hydraulic cylinders to achieve angle adjustment of the drilling rig, lifting, drilling, and walking of the drilling rig. 

3. Hydraulic system: The pump station is driven by diesel power to operate. (It can also be changed to an electric motor) 

4. Drill frame structure: The drill frame adopts three sliding blocks to form the main outer frame of the drill frame, and the main hydraulic cylinder is connected to the auxiliary sliding blocks of the drill frame to form reciprocating motion; The auxiliary slider of the drilling frame is connected to the third slider of the drilling frame by two auxiliary hydraulic cylinders, forming reciprocating motion. The superposition of the two items can meet the requirement of loading 1.5 meters of drill pipe 

5. Drilling angle: controlled by hydraulic oil cylinder to adjust the drilling frame angle, which can achieve construction at 35-90 degrees
